Return & Refunds Policy

• There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items purchased on the website. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

• To request a return authorization, email mar.y.sol.boutique.cy@gmail.com
  with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday – Friday with instructions. 

• Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The return costs to our warehouse are covered by the customer.

• Returns can take up to 3 days after delivery to process.

• Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

• Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. 

• Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. 

• Our boutique cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit to our warehouse.

• SALE products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
