- International Shipments go through Customs clearance. Our boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the Customs Department in your country. The tracking number provided will be updated once a package is inbound out of Customs.
- Orders are shipped from Cyprus, Europe therefore EU citizens do not have to pay any customs.
- Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your order incurs any customs or duties fees, you will be required to cover the costs.
